Ireland may opt to pay instead of accepting more refugees under EU deal

Irish Taoiseach ( Prime Minister ) Leo Varadkar comments on the acceptance of more refugees into Ireland and how the government is facing accommodation issues and would be willing to pay into a fund rather than accept more that they can not house.
