Ahsoka Season Review | Complete Season 1 Review

Welp, the LucasFilm goldenboy Dave Filoni dropped a big, smelly one on us with the first season of Ahsoka. The problems didn't come fully into focus until the end, but in retrospect the writing for Ahsoka was just abysmal. Everything happened simply because the plot needed it to, the shallow characters went through no real development, and the characters didn't seem to care about the stakes so why should we? And who can forget the insanely dumb things too like Sabine surviving a lightsaber to the vital organs and Marrok being just a fart. If Filoni is going to be given more power and influence at LucasFilm, he better step his game up and work with better writers next time around.
