I really need the support as I am in a lot of pain & am between a rock & a hard place

I decided to go on a mini rant despite being really exhausted and am in a lot of pain. For those who don't know that I have Scoliosis that is curvature of the spine only that can be corrected. While Stenosis is deterioration of the spine that can be managed, but not corrected.
This week was very bad, not only the pain was worse and felt like I was back to square one once again, but I had to be adjusted manually as that was very painful not only for my spine, but in my mid back there are four vertebrae of which I am not getting enough oxygen once again, was burning up that lasted for a day.
I am doing this while being a caregiver for my elderly Mother who is getting worse, her memory is shot, and I was hoping the Energy Enhancement System (EES) https://eesystem.com/ could help her restore her memory and help her with her other health issues such as treat her brain aneurysm and manage her anxiety so she can be more confident and independent again. Since no one wanted to contact EES to lower their prices. Besides, I uncovered things about the EES that are red flags and are questionable. If they were serious about lowering their prices, while maintaining the same quality they would've done so already. That is why I am reaching out once again for support because I feel the recovery for what my Mom and I are going through is a long one. That's why I said what I said on my channel and posted this on GiveSendGo. There are limits that I have as well, including finances. I've showed where I am going, how many sessions, and have been upfront from the beginning.
I am well aware that everyone is going through tough times and more. For those who knew better and they do have the means and the connections, but chose not to do anything what else is there to say? Ignorance is beyond no defense.
Besides, I am between a rock and a hard place and don't know what to do next? I am not here to entertain, but to show the truth. If you chose to look into this and that manner for yourselves are right at your fingertips.
