Medical Attention in Fauquier Emergency Room, November 10, 2018, following a brutal, premeditated Saturday night beating by three extremely misguided, rambunctious police officers.

Please watch all the way to the end for the real "punchline". As proven in Court February 28, 2019, the probable cause was nolle prossed and the false charge of "resisting arrest" was exposed by the Honorable Judge.

Please be civil and fair to those who were not directly involved in the wrongful course of actions taken against this individual. He seeks truth in all matters to be known.

At least three (3) Fauquier County Sheriff's Office deputies, under Sheriff Bob Mosier's domain, "fabricated the whole thing", and the FCSO continues to Obstruct and conceal truth and transparency. The real criminals in this matter are still at large, as the victim of police misconduct and malicious prosecution is left sitting on his thumbs.

Some of the backstory:
At the retaliatory bequest of an evicted squatter, Cpl. McCauley, Dfc. L.E. Jacobs and Dfc. Irby, of the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office, orchestrated the Nov 10, 2018 false arrest of Matthew Souter, and with unprovoked excessive force, by beating, choking, kicking, crushing, tasering, dragging on his face in gravel and rendering a passive Souter bleeding, breathless, and unconscious.

Souter's innocence is obvious, and was proven in General District Court on February 28, 2019.

Whether assault and battery by police upon the handicapped, unlawful seizure, and/or unlawful dispossession, unlawful is especially awful when it's under Color of Authority.

On February 28, 2019, Souter was found "Not Guilty" of charges that were fabricated by three deputies intended to justify their premeditated Excessive Force False Arrest.
