FBI Fails Public In Not Releasing Clinton Records

This week the FBI said the reason that the bureau has rejected open-records requests by lawyers to make public emails by and connected to Hillary Clinton. It the statement regarding the case against the former Secretary of State for mishandling of classified information on a private email server, the FBI suggested the information is not interesting enough to the public to justify the release. That, although the matter surrounds a time when she was a public figure conducting her official business via the email communications, her personal privacy outweighs the public's interest in disclosure. In doing so, the FBI has continued a troubling trend with this matter by seemingly putting politics ahead of justice.
