ACCORDING TO THE POLICE BAND, THE CARNIVAL OF SHADOWS ARE ATTEMPTING TO RANSOM SCEPTER OF MOT BACK TO THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS, AND THE POLICE NEGOTIATOR ISN'T MAKING ANY HEADWAY. You heard about this situation the other day. The Police have their hands tied, but maybe if you intervened, you could wrap this one up and keep the Carnival of Shadows from profiting by this scheme.
