What I Eat For Longevity and Gains
A balanced diet doesn’t mean that you eat the burger with the bun at Hardee’s. It means you eat “healthy” foods that and include all three macronutrients.
This is what’s worked for me for the majority of my LONG life of fitness and optimizing health and allowed me to put on enough muscle to earn and IFBB Pro Card and also boast perfect blood work and a resting heart rate under 50bpm.
If omitting carbohydrate works for you, that’s great! But for most, mental and physical performance alongside reduced morbidity risk is best achieved through balance.
