Right from the start, Hart took command of the bout, unleashing precise power punches and intricate combinations on her fierce challenger from the UK. The roar of her home state audience fueled her determination as she skilfully navigated Shah’s clinch attempts and maintained her momentum into the second round.

Pressuring forward in the third and fourth rounds, Shah attempted to take control of the action, but the more skilled Hart continued dominating the fight. Closing the show like a true world champion, Hart showed no let-up throughout the final stanza.

Scores for the triumphant Hart were 50-45 on all three judge’s scorecards.
