It's Cinnamon Rolls Day, so lets make some, and celebrate with the whole family!

Ingredients
Dough
• 650g Plain Flour
• 100g Granulated Sugar
• 5g Salt
• 100g Butter
• 250g Whole Milk
• 7g Instant Yeast
• 2 Eggs + 1 Egg Yolk
Filling
• 250g Brown Sugar
• 15g Cinnamon
• 100g Butter
Frosting
• 150g Cream Cheese
• 100g Icing Sugar
• 1tsp Vanilla Paste
• 50ml Whole Milk
Method
1. Start off by blooming the yeast in the warm milk with a bit of the sugar for about 15 minutes
2. Whilst the yeast is blooming, mix the flour, rest of the sugar, and salt
3. Once the yeast has bloomed, add it the flour mixture, along with the eggs, and egg yolk, and start mixing, and kneading the dough by hand or a stand-mixer using a dough-hook
4. Add the softened butter to the dough, once it has combined, and continue kneading until an elastic and homogenous dough is obtained
5. On a floured surface, shape dough into a tight ball, and transfer into a lightly greased bowl to prove for 1-2hrs, until doubled in size
6. Whilst dough is proving make your cinnamon sugar, by whisking together your brown sugar and cinnamon thoroughly. Leave out butter for the filling to softened at room temperature.
7. Once the dough has proven, transfer into a lightly floured surface, and roll out into a rectangle, about 0.5cm thick
8. Then spread softened butter, followed by all the cinnamon sugar, ensuring the whole dough is covered
9. Start rolling from the widest end, then portion into 12 equal cinnamon rolls using a serrated knife.
10. Transfer cinnamon rolls onto a buttered oven-proof dish and let prove once again for 30-45mins.
11. Once proven, bake in an oven preheated at 190C for 18-19mins. Then set aside to cool.
12. Whilst cooling, whisk cream cheese until fluffly, then add icing sugar, milk, and vanilla, and whisk well.
13. Spread soft cheese frosting onto all cinnamon rolls, and enjoy!
