What's Happening with Border Patrol Agents, and Why it's Unfathomable

Former Deputy Patrol Agent in Charge of the U.S. Border Patrol JJ Carrell discusses what happens if an agent arrests an individual on the border and learns that person is a prior deported illegal alien. Instead of reinstating that deportation and removing that illegal alien to his/her country of origin, the Border Patrol agents must release that individual. Carrell said the immigration system is collapsing and in a state of freefall.
