Women missing after staying the night at her friend house.

this is horrific the case of a young lady who is loving close to her family especially her mother and brother. the system failed her badly. Keeshaen Jacobs who went missing Sep 26, 2016, told her mother that she was going to stay over a friend house she will see her the next day, but her mother never heard back from her she called and never got an answer after her brother and the rest of the family not hearing anything either they decided to go to the police but was told because Keeshaen was 21 years old there was not much they can do she might be just hanging out. That day her mother stated doing her own investigation and this is when the most horrible thing had happened.
