I had the absolute pleasure of catching up with Scott from Rhode Island. Scott has been Targeted for around 7 years or so, he experiences a lot of V2K - Voice to skull, RNM - Remote Neural Monitoring, Synthetic Telepathy. Thankfully Scott appears to be able to be having a bit of a life now, and hopefully finally getting himself on his feet again.
