Nanite Foliage Fix for Unreal Engine 5.1 + Z axis crazy movement

A known Bug. When using Meshes as Foliage with Nanite enabled the Foliage will sporadically move on the Z axis. Making prototyping, testing and composites impossible. This is a fix for that crazy and sporadic movement.
