NO COINCIDENCE
(Written by Ben Antoniadis)

Once I believed no reason could be found
No cause when angels fell to the ground
That every leaf danced on the breeze by chance
And every man a mere grain of sand

Once I believed no meaning existed
That a thought was created and the stars resisted
Though the longer I seek, the more I find
We build this world with our own mind

I kept looking at the clock at 3:33
I asked for an answer, an angel spoke to me
She said, “There is no coincidence
It’s an illusion, you see
Don’t worry, they’re looking out for you and me”

A man can be bound by his own hand
He can suffer in silence and not understand
That a thought can enslave for all eternity
Or a thought can release and forever set free

So which will it be, my gentle friend?
Will you sink or swim on that endless ocean?
Will you rise or fall in that infinite sky?
Will you realise no limit exists in your mind?

I kept looking at the clock at 3:33
I asked for an answer, an angel spoke to me
She said, “There is no coincidence
It’s an illusion, you see
Don’t worry, they’re looking out for you and me”
