Nancy Rugart Plummer, founder of Becoming the Best U, is a survivor of stage 4 ovarian cancer and metastatic brain cancer. As a Wellness & Relationship coach, author, and columnist, she helps men and women navigate life’s challenges to become Upbeat, Unstoppable, and Unafraid through one-on-one coaching, group seminars, and as a guest speaker. Her inspiring book “Becoming the Best U – The Lessons Cancer Taught Me” is due out this fall.

Robert Rugart is cofounder of Becoming the Best U. He left his job in finance to help write the book Becoming the Best U - The Lessons Cancer Taught Me with his mom, Nancy, to inspire and empower caregivers based on his own experiences caregiving for his mom, grandfather, and wife. During Nancy’s cancer journey, Robert shared his gifts of playing piano and singing, making theirs the most popular ward in the hospital.
I have been uploading Free for about 14 years ,,,this was the most difficult to do.
There was problems with GCN , the source material....This was a Date problem, the mp3 where named wrong...then they were NOT available for 5 days...
GCN really dropped the ball on this,,,It's strait now ...It usually takes 35 to 40 mins to process this show took the better part of 5 hours to make and correct Enjoy it
