David and myself caught up today, he reported on birds falling from the skies, then became a TI.

Tonight I caught up with David, what a lovely gentleman. David became an overt Targeted Individual around 2019, why? Prior to David becoming aware he had become a target, he was on National Geographic and had exposed a story about fish dying close to him, David has been a long term fisherman, so this was obviously very unusual to him, not only this, the river has many hundreds of different species, only one was apparently dying. Thank you to David for his absolute honesty -
