When her mother was bedridden with dementia, Chela Coennen and her husband Dave in Los Angeles, became her caregivers. One day Chela decided to give her mother marijuana and it opened up a whole new world for the couple. While her mother eventually passed, the couple are now dealing with Chela's father having dementia.
