Unrealistically delicious cake. The famous Botlikh pie.

Ingredients:
Dough:
kefir 150 ml
egg 1 pc
a pinch of salt
soda 1 s l
sugar 100 g
sour cream 120 g
butter 110g
vegetable oil 2 tbsp
flour 500 g + 50 g for bedding

Filling:
dried apricots 200 g
walnuts 200 g
sugar 200 g (100 g in each layer)

Mold with a diameter of 28 cm
Cooking time 40 minutes + 1 hour the dough "rests" in the refrigerator + 35 minutes in the oven
