Detroit paramedics save couple after drug overdose

A couple living on Sanilac St. on Detroit's east side was found in a vehicle after overdosing on an unknown drug. Neighbors called 911 and paramedics were able to use the drug Narcan to save their lives. But, the couple took off before police arrived.
