The fifth instruction

The next provision talks about the prohibition of incest. What is incest , especially in light of the fact that, at least according to what is told in the book of Genesis, the first man was multiplied by offspring born to his sons and daughters. That is, it was necessary for the daughters and sons of the same parents, Adam and Eve, to breed with each other in order to sustain the human race as a whole.
