O presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral, Alexandre de Moraes, marcou para a próxima terça-feira , dia 10 de outubro, o julgamento das ações de inelegibilidade de Jair Bolsonaro relacionada às lives realizadas no Palácio da Alvorada.
As ações foram ajuizadas pelo PDT. Segundo o partido, o ex-presidente da República teria tirado vantagens eleitorais ao utilizar a estrutura palaciana para promover a sua candidatura e de seus aliados.
