Go to The Moth and meet Alex in her safehouse. Take part in the briefing with Reed and Alex about getting Songbird out of Hansen's grasp.

You can implore them to talk about their old operations in Medellin beforehand. Securing a trace of the netrunners' car is the first step, then disguise yourself to enter the stadium, take out Hansen, and secure Songbird.

Alex will explain that intercepting the twins' car requires hacking into one of the tracking stations set up by the rental company, and there's one near Pacifica Serenity Bible Church. If you have Intelligence Level 10, you can tell Alex that one station might not be enough, slightly changing the plan from the get-go.

Leave the bar and head to the nearby tracking stations. You can use the Longshore Stacks fast travel station to get to the Chapel instantly.

Songbird will shortly upgrade your Relic's firmware, giving you three Relic Points.

She will also ask you to meet her at a safe location between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

She'll tell you a story about growing up in Brooklyn. She'll also come clean about her role in getting Myers to Dogtown and why she did it.

Songbird wants to escape Hansen, Myers, and Reed and needs your help. Talking to her will unlock an optional outcome to the primary mission, which plays into whether you trust her with the cure you both seek. When you finish talking to her, call Reed to update him on the current plan.

Continue the quest by accessing the tracking station transceiver. From the Chapel fast travel station, the transceiver should be to the left of the church; look up and scan it using your Kiroshi optics.

If you have at least Intelligence Level 15, you can remotely link the other stations from the first one.
The second station is located in lower west Arroyo in Santo Domingo; several 6th Street Gang members guard the building. You can either sneak past them or defeat them to access the transceiver.

The second transceiver is not powered, and you can talk to the boy next to it, Luka, for info on how to turn it back on. He'll ask you for 1,000 Eddies before you play a game of Hot and Cold with him to locate the control panel.

The control panel is opposite of Luka, on the same roof.
When you've acquired the Encryption Key for the rental car, wait a few hours for Reed to contact you. This brief pause is a good time if you still need to meet with Songbird in Dogtown.

Alex will also text you to grab a drink back at The Moth. If you decide to meet Alex at her bar, you'll get a deeper insight into her character.

When it's time, Reed will call you to say he has successfully acquired the rental car's encryption key. He'll direct you to a Ripperdoc in Golden Pacific that will give you new Cyberware to utilize the twins' behavioral imprints.

Farida's Clinic

Head to Farida's clinic and ring her using the intercom. Pick the "I hear you collect souvenirs from the Unification War," dialogue option, and she'll let you in.

Talk to Reed inside about Songbird. You'll discover that Myers plans to imprison Songbird for treason when they rescue her. Reed, however, has another plan to help her escape everyone.

He wants to use an ICEbreaker to put Songbird unconscious when you and she connect to the mainframe.

You can also confirm Reed's suspicion that Songbird plans to escape if you talk to her earlier in the mission.

After talking to Reed, talk to Farida and undergo the operation. During the operation, Johnny will talk to you about the obvious choice you have to make soon: Reed or Songbird.

Exit Farida's clinic to complete the quest.
