Repairing a Broken Car Horn

I fixed a horn. If your car horn does not beep, the easiest thing to do is check for power and ground AT the horn if it's accessible. If not, start with the fuse and work your way down.

Diagnosis is about finding the problem using as few tests as it takes to confirm it's bad.
