Lovely to catch up with Andy this afternoon, another unique testimony of being a Targeted Individual

I caught up with Andy this afternoon, another exceptional and decent person, sadly being victimised and persecuted with Gangstalking and V2K, along with travelling to many different states of the USA to try to get away from it, but as real Targeted Individuals know, there is no escaping these heinous crimes against humanity.
