Will Trump Rein in Military Waste?

Donald Trump recently tweeted that the Pentagon's F-35 program is a waste of taxpayer money.
Defense contractors freaked out, but he's right. The program costs about a trillion dollars and is strategically irrelevant.
We need more of this kind of honesty. We can clean up Pentagon waste without compromising national security.
