Robby Soave, senior editor at Reason Magazine, talks about the unlikely coalition that has emerged between representatives like Rand Paul and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez against things like the Restrict Act, which gives the government broad powers to restrict online speech. On paper, it seems like there is no common ground between these Republicans and Democrats, and yet there still exists an instinct against authoritarianism among the more populist segments of Congress, and that instinct is one of the few backstops preventing us from sliding into outright tyranny. #shorts
