How To Change Ordering of JetEngine Archive Template Listings

I needed to change the default ordering of a JetEngine archive template. I'm not sure why this isn't a default feature in JetEngine. I found some code online and I modified it slightly to fit my needs. There weren't any YouTube videos on it so I decided to make one. I hope this helps.
