We made some Wild Plum Jelly!

Short video showing how I made my wild plum jelly. Wild plums are one of our favorite things to make jelly with. This one is not in depth but just shows the highlights of making it. Jelly is so easy to make and tastes great. Especially when you made it yourself. We forage for the plums and then use the simplest ways we have found to save time and work to be able to do these things around our work schedules.
