Charlotte disappeared after going for a bike ride in the park at about 6:15 p.m.
Sena was riding bikes with close friends at roughly 6:15 p.m. when she decided she wanted to "be that big girl" and do one more loop by herself.
When Sena didn't return from what should have been a quick 15-minute ride, her family went looking for her, Hochul said, adding that other campers joined in the search.
Sena's bike was discovered on the loop she had been riding on at roughly 6:45 p.m

State Police issued a missing person alert for Charlotte Saturday night.

The amber alert, which came almost 16 hours after she was reported missing, 9:35am, says at the bottom “the child was taken under circumstances that lead police to believe that they are in imminent danger of serious harm and/or death.”
