Here is a #shorts to add some #motivation to your #!bodybuilding #workout ! I was finishing up my #legday at the #gym with 10 sets of 10 reps on the hack squat! I got to set number 9 and about half way through it I ended up "hacking" up my #breakfast What can you say I will get to eat #lunch later! That's #life in the #fitness world!
Hard training means HARD work and sometimes hard work will make your system uneasy!
Never give up because one day you will look back and wonder how you ever got to the level you are at and be able to say it was because of the #training you went through and the #motivationalvideo that you were able to make and rewatch!
Just remember, you can builder bigger legs, biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders and back if you just work hard enough!
