Sept. 2 & 3 Rescues in Action: Whitey needs forever home

Whitey may be one of the most well dressed dogs on the street. He is a 3- to 4-year-old albino miniature pinscher, who wear shirts and sunglasses outside to protect his skin from the sun, said a volunteer with Humane Society of West Florida.
