Simple way of cooking vegetable rice recipe

Ingredients:-

Vegetable oil 1/2 cup - 130 ml
Sliced onions medium size 2
Cinnamon 1 stick
Bay leaf 1
Black cardamom 3
Cumin seed 1 tbsp
Chopped Tomatoes 3
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 2.5 tbsp
Water 5 glass - 1.5 litre
Green chilli 4-5
Mix spices powder 2 tsp
Green Peas 1 cup
Carrot 2-3
Rice 4 glass - 850 gm

Mix spices Ingredients
1. Black pepper 12 pieces
2. Cloves 5 pieces
3. Black & Green Cardamom 3 pieces each
4. Cinnamon stick 1 inch
5. Cumin seed 1 tsp
6. Bay leaf 1 piece
