Here’s what you need:
* 3 large eggs

* 1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt (*Make Joe’s recipe! It’s amazing!)

* 2 tablespoons butter

* 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat your oven to 350.

Mix the eggs in a large mixing bowl.

Mix in the yogurt.

Then, add all the other ingredients (except the baking chips) until you get a nice glossy batter.

You can fold in the baking chips now or just sprinkle them in the bottom of a greased silicone mold. Get out any air bubbles you can and bake for 15 minutes!
