"Savor the Flavors: Indulge in the Irresistible Delight of Butter Garlic Tiger Prawns 🍤"
A very simple but a delicious recipe !
Ingredients and Instructions
For Marinating the Prawns
Tiger Prawns - 500 g ( Butterflied )
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
For tossing :-
Butter - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 3 tbsp ( minced )
Green chilly - 1 tbsp
Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp ( chopped )
- In a pan, add butter and olive oil.
- Add garlic, green chilies and red chilly flakes. Sauté until the raw smell of the garlic is gone on medium flame.
- Add the marinated prawns and cook on both the sides for 3 minutes.
- Cover the prawns and cook for further 4 minutes on medium flame. ( check if the prawns are cooked )
- Add pepper powder and coriander leaves.
- Toss well.
Serve Hot 🍤
