Castel Coira, also known as Churburg, is a medieval castle located at the entrance of the Val di Mazia valley in Sluderno, South Tyrol.
It was built in the 13th century to contain the expansion of the lords of Mazia.

The castle was commissioned by Prince-Bishop Heinrich von Montftfort in 1250 and became the property of the Mazia family in 1297.

The castle complex has been owned by the von Trapp family, formerly a family of counts, since 1504. It is one of the most beautiful and best-preserved castles in South Tyrol, with special features including the world's biggest private armory, with 50 fully retained suits of armor, numerous swords and weapons, and a fairytale-like arcade passageway.

The castle museum displays precious furnishings and art from various periods, but it is mostly famous for its collection of arms and armor.
