The Kneeling Pulldown is one of the most common back exercises that I see & I just wanted to share my favorite way to UPGRADE the exercise, which will UPGRADE your LATS. It might be a bit of a hassle to bring a bench over to the cable machine but it significantly improves the exercise. The bench adds stability & bracing, making it MUCH EASIER to train those Lat fibers ✅
