Boots Lashes Out at "Attacks" on His Farm During Schuylkill County Commissioners Meeting

Schuylkill County Commissioner Boots Hetherington did not appreciate what he called an "attack" on his farm during a recent board meeting. One person from the public accused him of lying about spreading wastewater on the farm, which the Commissioner denied.
