Sometimes it is hard for us to be able to enjoy life. It is hard for us to step back and see the wonder in our own lives because we have learned that we always have to do better. We have to be better than others, or at least be the best at something, or make up reasons to feel good about ourselves.

This belief, of course, is a great lie. We have to be authentic and be who we are. That is enough. When we do that we will realize that we are the beauty, the wisdom, the love we have been looking for all the time and that we can not only enjoy life now, but change the world. It's all about Love.
