MULN put out 8K stating they are not working with Hadge but he’s test his tech in MULN vehicles

How can MULN publicly state they want nothing to do with Lawrence Hadge and then in the next breath state that they are allowing him to test his technology in 2 of the MULN vehicles Is this a not a real relationship but just friends with benefits?
