2 Thessalonians 06: Destiny, Prayer, and Work 2:13-3:18

We'll see how far we get tonight! We may finish this book that focuses on the Day of the Lord and our deliverance from it by rapture. Practical application is coming. It's amazing how applicable the rapture is. The pre-trib rapture is not what Gary North and others criticized it as being: an "escapist" mentality where we sit on a hill and wait for Jesus. Exactly the opposite! Get the gospel out, live a quiet life and work with one's own hands.
