At times within the IT career both end users and IT support techs usually find themselves having to follow specific protocols mandated by the company, which at times causes a lot of inconveniences to the work flow of both the IT support staff and the end users. Legend says there is a user out there somewhere still being transferred to the next available IT support agent to help with a different issue. Enjoy!
