Rudy Giuliani Files Defamation Lawsuit Against President Joe Biden

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was in Concord on Oct. 4, 2023, to file a defamation lawsuit against President Joe Biden and several political organizations affiliated with the president's campaign. At issue was the president's accusation in an October 2020 debate that Giuliani was a "Putin pawn" while sharing contents of the Hunter Biden laptop. Biden and intelligence experts deemed the laptop "Russian disinformation." But the FBI had possession of it as far back as 2019 and knew it was not "Russian disinformation." Former Republican House Speaker William O'Brien is representing Giuliani in Merrimack County Superior Court.
