What about areas of the world that do not have the Bible? Is there a difference in preaching concerning gifts between Paul and some modern preaching? When the gifts are emphasized is Scripture lowered in some cases? Are Acts 2 and Joel 2 evidence for the spike in gifts in the first century culminating with the destruction of Jerusalem in 70ad?
