Before all that, we visit Hickory's in Wilmslow before retiring to bed in T2's Radisson Blu hotel - with a surprise upgrade to runway view superior rooms! Breakfast at Collage, the Radisson's restaurant, was stunning and we will DEFINITELY be back there on any future travel mornings!
