Government censorship and lies by the New York City Department Of Transportation

I went to a workshop the NYC DOT was having that was about how they were going to "reimagine"/redesign streets to make it difficult to drive thru and I asked how much funding will it cost and the DOT were very adamant about keeping that from the public
