Ingredients:-

🔹Potatoes
🔹Wooden squares
🔹Oil
🔹Chaat masala
🔹Ketchup

Instructions:-

1. Peel the potato
2. Cut the potato in a specific shape
3. Place wooden squares on both sides of the potato (or use any other thin object)
4. Cut the potato using the wooden squares as a guide
5. Put the cut potato directly into the oil
6. Fry the potato until it becomes crunchy
7. After frying, add chaat masala
8. Serve with ketchup
