chicken necks - the lump

She had a great big lump of something stuck above the cable tie - poor girl, no wonder she was sitting there looking so miserable!

I don't know whether the lump was stuck food or if it is something internal, as a swollen gland or an infection. I checked the next day, and it seemed to still be there, but had moved half-way down the neck and was not as big.
