I'm confused about life what is my identity confused about my gender what is trans trans regret why are they so many genders I feel suicidal I hear voices in my head is there a devil diablo can god help me

When you want to get on in life is usually when everything goes wrong. Our own heart can condemn us, people around us can discourage us from pursuing our calling. But God is the one who call us, we need to remain focused on His word. We need to learn to "Stop listening to false accusations in our mind."
