Local police agencies are helping Houston

Police in Greater Cincinnati are donating basic clothing items -- socks, shoes, T-shirts and underwear -- to the first responders who are venturing into flood-ravaged Houstonian neighborhoods to help people trapped there. Having a clean, warm change of clothes makes a huge difference in morale, according to Capt. Jeff Butler.
