Central High School reviving marching band after 10-year absence

Central High School, also known as the Central Academy of Excellence, is reviving its marching band program after a 10-year absence. After several cuts over the years, the band faded out and the school offered no more than beginner music classes. Osmond Fisher is working to change that.
